A founding member of Webb, Neary & Dikeman, Brian is an experienced litigator representing clients in transportation, hospitality, amusement and entertainment, retail, construction, insurance, housing, and service providers in various industries. Brian has tried jury trials throughout Georgia in State and Federal Courts. Brian represents clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigation, discovery, mediation and arbitration, trial and appeal.
