Clare Nolan joined Webb Neary Dikeman in 2025. Since graduating from law school, Clare has worked on both sides of the bar and practiced in various areas of litigation, including criminal and family law. Clare has been lead counsel on numerous jury and bench trials. Clare’s practice focuses on personal injury, premises liability, motor carrier, hospitality and retail, construction litigation, insurance, and general civil litigation. Clare represents clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigation, discovery, mediation and arbitration, trial and appeal. Clare uses her wide variety of knowledge and experience to advise clients through litigation.
