Heath joined the firm in 2021. Heath’s work experience involving insurance companies is extensive. Before attending law school, Heath worked as an underwriter for two major Fortune 500 insurance companies. Since graduating from law school, Heath’s entire career has been spent defending insurance companies, with two of those years working in-house directly with an insurance company in both the Atlanta and New York markets. Throughout his experience, Heath has represented insurance companies ranging from the largest and most well-known companies to smaller, more specialized companies. In addition, he has litigated in each tier of the court system, from Magistrate to Federal. Heath represents clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigation, discovery, mediation and arbitration, trial and appeal.
