Melissa McMullen is a partner with the firm. She has successfully tried dozens of cases in state and federal courts throughout the state and has numerous published opinions in Georgia’s appellate courts as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Melissa’s litigation practice focuses on insurance, premises liability, trucking, and construction disputes.
